The Liberian Community of Greater Charlotte (LIBAC) has once again brought joy and togetherness to the community with its annual Fall Festival Fun Day in the Park. Under a clear, sunny sky and with a delightful autumn breeze, families and friends gathered to celebrate the season and strengthen community bonds. It was a day filled with laughter, music, and shared memories.
With a dedicated lineup of volunteers, the event ran smoothly from start to finish. There was something for everyone: children enjoyed face painting, games, and other fun activities that brought out the young at heart in many attendees. The food and drink offerings were plentiful, keeping everyone refreshed and energized throughout the day.
A talented young DJ added a lively soundtrack to the festivities, filling the park with music that had people dancing, smiling, and moving with the rhythm. The Master of Ceremonies kept the crowd engaged, ensuring the energy remained high and that everyone was part of the celebration.
One of the event’s highlights was the prize distribution, where winners and participants alike were celebrated for their enthusiasm and efforts. The joy of competition, laughter, and community spirit shone through as prizes were awarded, with cheers and applause filling the air.
A big thank you goes out to the organizers and the LIBAC leadership for putting together such a well-planned program. Their hard work and dedication were evident in every detail, creating a seamless and enjoyable day for all who attended.
It was truly wonderful to see the community come out in full force, embracing the holiday season with warmth and unity. This year’s Fall Festival Fun Day was a beautiful reminder of the power of community and the joy of shared traditions.
Way to go, LIBAC—your efforts continue to inspire and uplift our community!
